Introducing our new three-season pricing starting Oct 27, 2026. We now have Prime, Shoulder and Low seasons. The new Shoulder season is designed to better align value to the time of the year.

2027 Venue Pricing
Our venue can comfortably host up to 250 guests. All fees below are quoted for events of up to 125 guests. To host more than 125 guests in 2027, simply add $350 for every incremental 25 guests.

Have the all of River Highlands Ranch to yourself for either Wednesday through Friday or Friday through Sunday.
This includes exclusive access to 400 acres of vineyards, gardens and trails. As well as exclusive use of our 2 on-site cabins.

Our pricing is crafted to be competitive and give you everything you need to plan the perfect wedding day. Below are the extra items we include as part of booking your event at River Highlands Ranch - saving you thousands of dollars.
Exclusive access to the 7,500 sq. ft. barn, manicured gardens and vineyards
Onsite restrooms for up to 125 guests
No guest minimums required, or food and beverage minimum spending amount
Use of our all season firepit, including wood and staff to tend the fire
Beautiful draping and indoor lighting with modern chandeliers
Work with our amazing list of trusted vendors, who have a track record of delivering
You can bring your own alcohol, and we do not charge corkage fees
Included is the use of our farm tables, chairs, ($8,000 rental value)
Three freezers, two fridges and catering + prep kitchen
Second floor bridal suite with 1 queen bed, 2 bathrooms, full-kitchen, and living room
Onsite parking lot with 6-person golf cart shuttle
Special notes:
River Highlands Ranch requires event insurance policy with a $1,000,000 minimum liability. River Highlands Ranch LLC must be listed as the additional insured. The average cost is ~$100, please let us know if you need assistance with coverage provider recommendations.
River Highlands Ranch reserves the right to change prices without notice. To guarantee your rental rate, work with our team to pay your deposit and sign your contract.
