Our venue can comfortably host up to 250 guests. Fees below are for events with up to 125 guests. The price to host more than 125 guests, is simple to calculate — add $325 for every incremental 25 guests.
We require the use of our trusted caterers, planners, and bartenders. All alcohol must be served by selected caterer or bartender.
To lock in your price and date — simply pay deposit and sign contract.
March to November
The most popular time of the year for hosting incredible weddings at River Highlands Ranch.
Prime Season offers couples longer daylight hours, mild warm weather and peak vineyard scenery. Many find the summer months are the easiest time of year for out of town guests to travel.

For couples with seasonal flexibility to host their wedding day, Low Season offers great advantages.
Typically couples have more available dates to choose from, get their first-pick vendor and can host a Saturday or Sunday wedding more affordably.

River Highlands Ranch requires event insurance policy with a $1,000,000 minimum liability. River Highlands Ranch LLC must be listed as the additional insured. The average cost is ~$100, please let us know if you need assistance with coverage provider recommendations.
