WEEKDAY WEDDINGS

  • Rental fee is for your first 125 guests, additional guests are $325 per 25 guests

  • 17 tables, 185 chairs, 7 cocktail tables, 3 console tables, 2 sofa’s, 20 plastic banquet tables, 4 wine barrels, 1 rolling bar ($7,000 value)

  • Draping, modern chandeliers, indoor & outdoor bistro lighting

  • Bring your own alcohol (BYOA) with no corkage fees

  • Onsite wedding suite, guest parking, prep kitchen, ADA restrooms, setup and tear down, and more!

Weekdays $6,900

Weddings on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday are just as beautiful.

Save on venue fees and splurge on your favorite vendors to celebrate 1PM to 10PM.

All *holidays that fall on a weekday, are subject to Saturday prime pricing, for the respect month.

  • Use of our farmhouse furniture: 17 tables, 185 chairs, 7 cocktail tables, 3 console tables, 2 couches, 20 plastic banquet tables, 4 wine barrels, 1 rolling bar ($7,000 value)

  • Draping, modern chandeliers, indoor & outdoor bistro lighting

  • For the date and time reserved, only your celebration has exclusive access to 7,500 sq. ft. vineyard and gardens

  • Bring your own alcohol (BYOA) with no corkage fees

  • Indoor and outdoor ceremony options available, making your event ready for any weather at not extra cost

  • Onsite wedding suite (1,300 sq ft), with a bedroom, full kitchen and 2 bathrooms

  • Onsite parking for guests, with available shuttle service

  • Ground floor bathrooms for up to 125 guests, with accommodations for ADA

  • Onsite catering prep kitchen 

  • Fire pit, including wood and staff to tend the fire

  • Ranch hosts onsite to assist in making magic happen

  • Set up and tear down of ceremony chairs

VENUE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Choosing from our list of area preferred caterers, planners, & bartenders

  • Additional restrooms are required for events over 125 guests, for an additional fee

  • Event insurance policy of $1,000,000 with River Highlands Ranch LLC listed as the additional insured. (Average cost is $100)

  • Pricing is subject to change, a signed contract and retainer will lock in your quoted price.
